Herbal Medicine 101: Tarragon
I tell you about the medicinal and culinary use of Tarragon. This is truly one of my favorite culinary herbs. It is essential to the French cooking that is a big part of my heritage. Medicinally, it is perhaps the most mild member of the Artemesia family. It is good for colds, flus, fevers, menstrual issues, sore muscles and arthritis, indigestion and parasites. The scent and flavor are incredible, but its medicinal uses are often overlooked in our time.

Have you ever wondered why I became Catholic? Why did I, a rebellious kid, then a Methodist youth minister, converted to Catholicism while working with Dr. Jerry Falwell at Liberty University? Why did I make the decision that would cost me all of my friends, cause most of my family to reject me, cost me jobs and status, cause my fiancée to leave me and make me an outcast in my home town? If you are curious about my story or the Catholic Church, or know someone who is, Confirmation, an Autobiography of Faith by Judson Carroll (me) would make a great Christmas gift for your friends, family loved ones or yourself.
