The Herbalist's most important tool, the Hori hori knife (redo)
In this video, I show you the one tool that is always on my belt. It is called a Hori hori knife. It is a Japanese garden tool that is a combination of a knife and a spade. It is tough, inexpensive, can be used to harvesting most any plant and could actually save your life. BTW, this is a redo of the first video I made on the Hori hori due to audio issues.
